Wet Footprint Test for Running Shoes

Its is commonly and widely advised that runners should use the wet foot print test to determine their foot type before buying running shoes. The idea being you can determine your arch profile when standing on the floor after the bottom of the foot is wet. It has been largely shown that this test is not valid, yet the myth continues.
