Underpronate

by Admin on May 28, 2012

“Underpronate” is the opposite of the more common problem, overpronation. Overpronation occurs when the ankle rolls inwards at the ankle joint and the arch of the foot collapses. Undepronation occurs when the ankle rolls outwards and the height of the arch increases.
