Top Of Foot Pain

Top of foot pain can be due to a large number of different problems. These range from something as simple as too much pressure from the shoes to a nerve impingement to a compression or jamming problem of the joints to an osteoarthrtis. All of these problems have a very different cause and all will have a very different treatment plan. It is difficult to give standard advice for top of foot pain as there are so many different causes and different treatments.
