Start Running

Running is one of the easiest and simplest way to get fit and increase health and well being. It can be carried out at anytime and almost any place with minimal equipment. About the only equipment needed is a pair of running shoes. Anyone starting out running, needs to start slowly with short and then longer walks, then include some short runs within those walk before a full running program is started.
