Pose Running

Pose running is a running technique that uses more of a forefoot strike compared to the more common heel strike. It is widely claimed to be a method of running to reduce injuries, yet there is no evidence to back up those claims. The research has also shown that Pose running is also more energy inefficient than other natural forms of running.
