Minimalist Running Shoes

by Admin on April 23, 2012

Minimalist running shoes are shoes that are really nothing more than a covering for the foot to protect it from the environment. There types of shoes have no cushioning and no support like traditional running shoes. They also have no differential between the height of the heel and forefoot like the traditional running shoes having a heel raise. The only real problem with minimalist running shoes is the amount of time it takes to adapt to them after having running in traditional running shoes for a long time.
