Cycling is big business and those that cycling do and can get a number of foot and lower limb problems even though it is not really a weight bearing activity. Most of the problems in cycling relate to the set up of the bike, the loads on the forefoot and the tighter fitting shoes that cyclists, especially the competitive one tend to wear.
