Barefoot Running

Barefoot running is gaining increased attention and this attention has also increased runners awareness of good running form.  A lot of claims and counter claims get made for the benefits of barefoot running as opposed to running in shoes. There are a lot of runners who now run barefoot who have had a history of injuries are now running injury free. Similarly there are a number of runners who tried barefoot and got and injury. Very little research is available to confirm one or the other is better.
